With over 10 yrs of Property Finance experience, there’s little Stephen hasn’t seen and dealt with in his time… But what else is there to Stephen?

In his own words:
”Since graduation at 21, I’ve known nothing else other than property.

Whether it’s securing someone their dream home, or helping property investors build a portfolio north of 30/40 properties, this is pretty much what I’ve lived and breathed for the last 10 yrs.

Having previously worked for the UKs Largest mortgage and protection firm, first as an advisor, then as a manager of a team of 16, before moving into a training and development role - the amount of knowledge gained can challenge that of even the most experienced property developers out there.

It’s always been a dream from a young age to start my own company, so taking the leap, within an area of expertise, it was really a no-brainer!

Customer rapport has always been the most important factor, personally, anyone can chat numbers, but engaging with clients and creating life-long relationships and friendships, it adds a little extra to the job.

When not in the office, family and friends will always get my spare time - unless I’m playing basketball for the mighty Kenton Thunder!”
